Once you’ve placed your order on Candlehaven.com, it will typically ship within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation and tracking number via email when your order has shipped. Please note, many orders ship in multiple packages. If you receive only part of your order initially, give it an extra 1-2 business days for the rest to ship.

For our international customers, please be aware that Candlehaven.com is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees that you may incur when importing your shipment.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS MARKED AS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT?

Once orders leave our facility, they are in the hands of the shipper. If your package status is showing as delivered but you can’t find it, please reach out to your shipping provider.

DO WE ACCEPT RETURNS?

However, due to the intricate nature of candle making, with its numerous variables, we can’t guarantee the performance of a wick in your specific blend and vessel.
